you will be sent a text/email reminder 72 hours prior to your appointment time.
if you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so atleast 24 hours in advance by logging in to your vagaro account, or by emailing a.hairstudio.pvd@gmail.com.
if you do not cancel your upcoming appointment and fail to show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
if your card is declined, you will be charged before rescheduling.
if you no-show for a second time, the card on file will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, and you may be blocked from online booking in the future.
